Weibull distribution
life distribution with shape and scale
R(t) = exp(−(t/η)^β)
The most used distribution in reliability engineering. The shape β shows the failure mode (early, random or wear-out) and the scale η is the time by which 63.2 % of units have failed. B10 life is the time by which 10 % fail.
Calculate it
Weibull Analysis: Weibull β and η, B10 life, MTTF and reliability curve from failure data.
