1. Service

QM Bench provides free online tools for statistical process control, measurement system analysis, problem solving and quality planning. All calculations run in your browser. No account is needed.

2. Calculation results

The tools are aids for qualified users. The calculations are tested against independent references (see the validation report), but results depend on the data you enter, the method you choose and the assumptions behind it, such as normality, stability and representative sampling.

You remain responsible for every decision based on the results, in particular decisions on product release, acceptance of lots, measurement systems and safety-relevant characteristics. Check results that matter with your own methods and against the standards and customer requirements that apply to you.

3. Liability

The service is provided free of charge and “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damage resulting from the use of the tools or from reliance on their results, except for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and except for injury to life, body or health.

4. Your data

Data you enter is processed and stored only in your browser. You are responsible for backing up your projects (Save file / CSV export). See the privacy page.

5. Copyright

All rights to this website, including its software, calculation engines, texts, checklists, graphics and design, belong to Ľubomír Blažek. Copying, republishing, reselling or building a competing service from them requires prior written permission.

Reports, PDFs and files you create with the tools from your own data are yours to use without restriction. The Excel templates may be used and adapted freely within your organisation, but not redistributed or sold.

6. Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated; the version on this page applies. The law of Slovakia applies, to the extent mandatory consumer protection law does not provide otherwise.
