Switching per supplier
Normal to tightened after 2 rejects in 5 lots, back to normal after 5 accepted lots, STOP after 5 rejects on tightened, tracked for every part and supplier stream separately.
A dashboard for the monthly review
Pick a period and read lots inspected, rejected, acceptance rate, sample defect rate, parts on tightened and inspection stops, with the parts that need attention on top.
Know the risk of your plan
The OC curve tab shows AOQ, AOQL, ATI and the producer and consumer risk; the plan designer builds a custom n / c when the tables do not fit.
