The workbook has 164 questions in 16 elements, three audit depths, 10 process steps, findings linked to actions, audit log and programme.

Audit depth to fit the day
Run all 164 questions, the core set of about 55 for a one-day audit, or the 26 KEY questions for a quick check. The result and grade follow the depth you picked.

A grade you can explain
10 met, 8 OFI, 6 / 4 Minor NC, 0 Major NC. Grade A from 90 %, B from 80 %. Any question at 0 caps the grade at B, a KEY question at 4 or lower caps at B, a KEY question at 0 gives C, and the dashboard names the reason.

No finding without an action
Every nonconformity appears in Findings and must be linked to an action by its Q-ID; open findings without an action are flagged, overdue actions turn red.

Programme and log in the same file
Log each audit with one line; the risk-based programme marks the month green and shows shift coverage, so you see what is done and what is behind.
