Each of the 196 questions shows the new 2026 clause, the matching 2015 clause and whether the requirement is NEW (19), CHANGED (26) or the SAME. You run a normal internal audit and see the transition gaps in the same pass.
The result calculates itself
Score 10 (met), 8 (OFI), 6 or 4 (minor NC), 0 (major NC) or N/A. Compliance, grade and the counts of Major, Minor and OFI update live. Grade A from 90 %, B from 80 %; any major NC caps the grade at B, and a KEY question scored 0 gives C.
From finding to closed action
Every question scored 8 or lower appears in the findings register. In the CAPA tab you pick the Finding ID and the clause, question and class fill in; overdue actions turn red and the effectiveness check closes the loop.
A transition plan with evidence
The 2026 Transition tab lists 17 new and changed requirements, from quality culture and ethics to separate risks and opportunities, change planning, organizational knowledge and audit objectives, with owner, due date and progress, and the audit score from the checklist next to each one.

Compliance is the share of points reached over the scored questions. Grade A needs at least 90 %, B 80 to 89 %, C below 80 %. Any major nonconformity limits the grade to B, and a KEY question scored 0 gives C.
