Repeats escalate themselves
When the same area and the same question fail N times in X days, the finding is flagged ESCALATE. A NOK-without-finding check makes sure no failed audit answer gets lost.

An independent template following the principles of the AIAG CQI-8 layered process audit guideline. It is not an official AIAG document, so always check your customer-specific requirements. It is built for Microsoft Excel only.
