Turtle diagram

one-page description of a process

A turtle diagram shows a process with its inputs and outputs in the head and tail, and the resources (with what), competence (with whom), methods (how) and indicators (KPIs) in the four legs. It is widely used in IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 process audits.

The diagram is only useful if every KPI has a target and an owner.
